Our prices are calculated per each day for a 2-person apartment. VAT is included in the price. Tourist tax is charged separately: € 3.80 p/p for guests over 14 years.

When booking, a 30% deposit calculated as a percentage of the total estimated amount is paid by bank transfer. The minimum deposit is € 300. The remaining balance is settled on your day of departure. In case of an earlier than planned arrival, or if your departure is brought forward, please let us know beforehand. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, kindly show us proof of payment before your departure. We accept cash, EC & major credit cards, or EFT.

Please be advised that the right of withdrawal as specified in the Consumer Protection Code* is not valid here. Instead, we offer the following:

• 60 days before the arrival date: cancellation free of charge

• 59–30 days before the arrival date: 30 % of the total price are charged

• 29–8 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total price are charged

• 7 days and less before arrival (no-show or early departures): 100 % of the total price are charged

To avoid disappointments due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Your apartment is ready as from 2 pm. You will receive the door code a few days prior to your arrival enabling entry at your convenience.

Kindly vacate the apartment not later than 10 am on your day of departure. Please don’t forget to return the access cards.

Dogs are welcome at our establishment. The path running through the meadow is conveniently close to us, making an ideal starting point for your daily walks.

We charge € 20/day per dog.

Our spacious and covered parking lot is free of charge for our guests. There are no pre-assigned parking places.
